Job description

The Facial Aesthetic Designers, Inc (Oral Design-Cleveland) - John Heimke DMD is a small business located in Rocky River, OH. Our goal at Oral Design-Cleveland is to become a leading aesthetic dental practice in Northern Ohio.

Duties:

  1. Assist the dentist during dental procedures
  2. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
  3. Take and develop dental x-rays
  4. Perform dental laboratory procedures such as pouring and trimming models
  5. Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  7. Schedule and confirm appointments
  8. Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in dental software, such as Eaglesoft
  2. Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and protocols
  3. Familiarity with CAD / CAM technology for digital impressions
  4. Experience with medical imaging and radiography techniques
  5. Strong understanding of infection control and aseptic techniques
  6. Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
  7. Knowledge of medical coding for insurance billing purposes

Note: Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
