Responsibilities

• Support the dentist during procedures and assist in managing the dental assistant team.
• Ensure clinical compliance and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the clinic.
• Assist dentists during procedures such as Implants, Crowns, OS, Fillings, RCT.
• Sterilize instruments and exam rooms.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Manage inventory and supply ordering.
• Provide outstanding patient care.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a dental assistant, including procedures like Implants, Crowns, CS, Fillings, RCT.
• Dental Assistant and X-Ray certification required.
• Previous lead experience is highly preferred.
