Lead Dental Assistant – Advanced Dental Care of Juno Beach
Juno Beach, Florida | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday (Occasional Fridays)

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? Advanced Dental Care of Juno Beach is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our state-of-the-art GP practice in beautiful Juno Beach, Florida.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the doctor in all clinical procedures including general dentistry, clear aligner therapy, endo and implants
  
• Take digital impressions using iTero
  
• Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns
  
• Support clear aligner case setups and patient follow-up
  
• Maintain inventory and manage ordering of supplies
  
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance and maintain a clean, well-stocked operatory
  
• Help onboard and mentor new assistants and contribute to team training
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience in a general practice
  
• Proficiency with iTero scanning, temp crown fabrication, implant setup, and clear aligner workflows
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
• Florida Radiology Certification (Required)
  
• Experience with dental software (Open Dental) a plus
  

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays as needed

Requirements

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
• Valid X-ray certificate.
• Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
• CPR & first aid certificate.

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
