Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all demolition operations safely and efficiently.
• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and on-site crews.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety measures.
• Supervise demolition crews, provide guidance and training.
• Resolve issues/delays and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of personnel, equipment, materials, and safety incidents.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and authorities.
