Job summary

HD Supply is hiring a Lead Delivery Driver in Auburn, MA. The role focuses on leading delivery operations, managing customer deliveries in a box truck, and ensuring safe, on-time performance across assigned routes.

You will supervise delivery activities, maintain vehicle readiness, and uphold high levels of customer service, with a Monday–Friday schedule and nights at home. This is a leadership-forward driver role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Box truck or similar vehicle delivery experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
• No more than 2 minor accidents in the past rolling 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past rolling 3 years.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements, including drug testing and ongoing MVR monitoring (Clearinghouse).

Responsibilities

• Make customer deliveries in a company-provided vehicle and take ownership of assigned routes.
• Keep accurate delivery records.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery truck.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every stop.

As a LEAD Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for making customer deliveries in a company-provided vehicle and taking full ownership of your assigned routes. You’ll keep accurate delivery records, inspect and maintain your truck, and deliver excellent customer service on every stop.

This role requires:

• Experience delivering directly to customers using a box truck or similar vehicle (26-foot box truck preferred).
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• No more than 2 minor accidents in the past rolling 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past rolling 3 years.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements, including drug testing and ongoing MVR monitoring (Clearinghouse).
