• Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of natural, organic, vegetarian and other specialty cuisines. Familiarity with dietary restrictions. Ability to operate professional kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions in prompt, friendly manner.
• Offer tastes, samples, and recipe suggestions to customers.
• Ensure food safety training and MCCHD compliance.
• Ensure proper price labeling and recipe adherence.
• Oversee deli production and catering coordination.
• Coordinate department meetings and staff scheduling.
