Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of hands-on trawling experience for Level I.
• Minimum of six years of hands-on trawling experience for Level II.
• Strong experience in diesel mechanics and deck maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all deck operations and gear handling.
• Maintain and repair vessel systems independently.
• Navigate the vessel using wheelhouse instruments.
• Enforce safety protocols and assist in emergencies.
