Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom.

You will create engaging, interactive lessons, mentor fellow Teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in accordance with licensing guidelines and company standards. This role emphasizes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, strong family communication, and collaboration with the center team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center's success.
