Job summary

The Goddard School of Roswell (Holcomb Bridge) is seeking a passionate Lead Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday on-site role in Roswell, GA, where you will create engaging lesson plans and lead daily classroom activities while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDA, TCC, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience as a Lead Teacher in daycare, preschool or childcare.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Lead daily classroom routines and learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Monitor children’s growth and communicate progress with families.
• Maintain an organized, clean, welcoming classroom.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and Goddard standards.
• Collaborate with school leadership and mentor Assistant Teachers.
