Focus Behavioral Health Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee Day Treatment operations and supervise clinical staff, ensuring a structured, safe daily routine for clients.

You will coordinate intake assessments, supervise CLF staff development, review billing notes for accuracy, and guide CALOCUS/CCA processes. The role requires crisis intervention and collaboration with the care team.

Formación

• Licensed or license-eligible clinician preferred.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of CALOCUS, CCA and PCP processes required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical supervision and staff development; supervise CLF activities.
• Oversee day treatment operations and staff performance.
• Attend LLT meetings; staff training and program development.
• Coordinate intake interviews and comprehensive clinical assessments (CCA).
• Review daily notes for billing accuracy and timeliness; maintain SAL.
• Develop and implement experiential day treatment programming.
• Ensure CALOCUS/CCA documentation within required timelines.
• Conduct crisis intervention and coordinate with care team.
• Recruit and participate in staff interviews; assist HR with hires.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions as needed.
