Experience with Control-M, Managed File Transfer (MFT), and IBM Gentran is a plus.This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our data integration processes.Key Responsibilities:Understand requirements and implement ETL processes using DataStage to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.Manage and configure DataStage environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to ETL processes.Implement security best practices for data handling and integration.Provide support for production processes, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.Monitor job logs and performance metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues. Implement incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of production incidents.Plan and execute regular maintenance activities, including system upgrades and patches.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards during maintenance activities.Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing.Utilize Python for scripting tasks related to data processing and automation.
