Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking a Lead Database Administrator to join a newly established DBA function. You will own critical SQL and Oracle environments, performing backups and tuning to ensure high availability and performance.

The role offers a fully remote, direct-hire arrangement with travel to client sites as needed. You will collaborate with application teams to support system needs, manage user access, and help shape the future of the DB function within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL database administration experience.
• Experience with Oracle database administration.
• Background in backups, restores, and user administration.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SQL and Oracle database environments.
• Perform backups, restores, and recovery procedures.
• Manage user administration and access controls.
• Handle SQL builds, tuning, and performance optimization.
• Support log shipping and replication processes.
