This Data Systems and Analytics capacity team position is responsible for providing operational leadership in the department’s use of voter, worker and member data.

This is a non-management leadership role that incorporates a combination of project management, technical excellence, staff mentorship and strategic planning consistent with campaign goals and the Data Systems and Analytics departments values, standards and practices.
Include SEIU and affiliate staff and experts on data, marketing and organizing best practices.
This position reports to the Assistant Director for Political Data and works with a great deal of independence.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of political, issue or union data/organizing campaign experience. Or, a combination of education and experience that would provide for the exceptional knowledge, skills and abilities in multiple of the following:
