Job Description:

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr

• Experience & Domain Knowledge: 6+ years in data analytics or related fields, preferably within the telecommunications industry, with experience in data analysis or data scientist roles.
• Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, etc.) for large dataset querying and analysis.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets to extract insights.
• AI/ML & LLM Experience: Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and familiarity with Large Language Models or NLP is a plus.
• Data Visualization: Skilled in creating dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, and able to communicate data insights effectively.
• Big Data Experience: Familiarity with Databricks or Spark for distributed data processing and analytics.
• Attention to Detail & Data Quality: Committed to data accuracy, governance, and QA practices.
• Strategic Thinking: Able to align analysis with business strategies and present insights to leadership.
• Independence & Collaboration: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; relevant certifications and experience are also considered.
