Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership and project roadmap development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly; on-site work in Herndon, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of the analytics program and define the AI/ML architecture.
• Lead feature engineering, supervised/unsupervised learning, and deep learning efforts.
• Direct graph analytics, explainable AI, and validation methodologies.
• Mentor staff and present findings to Government leadership.
• Automate data extraction, cleaning, processing, and analysis workflows in Python/SQL/ETL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
