Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Sr. Data Science, Ops Decision Systems to design, build, and operate the operations-side modeling and simulation systems for Rivian’s remarketing business.

You will develop multi-variable simulation and optimization models in Python and Databricks within Git-versioned repositories with code review, automated testing, and CI/CD, translating operational levers into dollar outcomes. Qualifications

• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and Databricks.
• Experience with dbt or equivalent transformation frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience owning production data infrastructure end-to-end.
• Ability to design and validate applied simulation and optimization models.
