Job summary

Spectrum Reach is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive data-driven solutions for its advertising sales analytics. You will lead the full analytics lifecycle—from data grooming to model production—while translating results for diverse audiences.

The role requires deep expertise in R/Python, SQL, and cloud platforms, with a track record of building scalable predictive models and communicating impact across business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, statistics, OR operations research or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of data manipulation and statistical modeling in roles like Scientist, Consultant, Architect, DBA, or Engineer.
• 7+ years of SQL, R, and Python programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics life-cycle for problem solving: requirements, data grooming, exploration, modeling, validation, and productionalization.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior team members and help set strategic analytics direction.
• Collaborate across analytics, BI, and engineering teams to build scalable data solutions.
• Ensure analytics products are modular and reusable, with clear project plans and status updates.
