Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of data scientists delivering quantitative analysis to improve user experience across the Google ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners within the People Platform pillar to improve connection, sharing, and identity experiences for Google users.
• Support analysis to identify opportunities for improving user journeys across products in the Google ecosystem.
• Partner with data scientists and data engineers to enhance the organization’s capacity for data-driven decisions.
• Provide technical direction and managerial guidance to a group of data scientists.
