About The Job

Our mission is to seamlessly connect people, products, and AI experiences so more users unlock the full value of Google, which means getting the best of both individual first-party (1P) products—via the most relevant features and content—and the ecosystem through connected, helpful cross-product experiences. The Ecosystem Group (EG) drives this mission across three pillars: Ecosystem Experiences, focusing on user-facing growth touchpoints and cross-app journeys; the Notifications Platform (Google and Notifications Team, GaNT), managing Google’s centralized notification and communication infrastructure (Google Notifications Platform, GNP) across core products including Google Search, YouTube, Google Chrome, and Gemini; and the People Platform, delivering the foundational social graph, identity, and connectivity infrastructure across Google. The People Platform team powers all people-centric interactions by developing and maintaining the central People Graph, robust contact management solutions, insightful analytics, and essential sharing infrastructure, leveraging AI to enable first-party products to build rich, deeply personalized user experiences rooted in a consistent understanding of personal relationships and context.

In this role, you will lead and guide a team of data scientists delivering quantitative analysis to improve user experience quality across the ecosystem, supporting decisions that drive deeper engagement and meaningful user outcomes.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
