Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Reporting & Analytics in the United States to lead the enterprise Power BI and reporting function across ERP platforms and business units. You will manage a team of Power BI developers, drive a transition to Microsoft Fabric-based analytics, and ensure scalable, governed reporting aligned to enterprise standards.

Qualifications

8–12+ years in analytics, BI, or reporting roles.
3–7+ years managing Power BI developers or analytics teams.
Proven experience leading reporting functions through architectural or platform transformation.
Demonstrated ability to influence across business units and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Power BI developers; manage delivery planning, capacity, and priorities.
Own the enterprise reporting portfolio across ERP systems and data sources; guide consolidation to standard solutions.
Define migration paths from gateway-based to Fabric-based reporting and ensure coexistence with legacy reports.
Set technical standards for Power BI, semantic modeling, and DAX; conduct architecture reviews and governance checks.
Act as senior reporting face for business stakeholders; translate questions into enterprise-ready reports.
Oversee Power BI training and promote internal best-practice adoption across the organization.
