Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that support business operations and strategic decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders to build scalable data models, optimize SQL, and expand Microsoft Fabric and Power BI capabilities, delivering reliable insights to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience developing reporting/analytics solutions.
• Advanced SQL development experience.
• Experience developing Power BI reports/dashboards.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Design and maintain enterprise reporting using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Design semantic models, datasets, pipelines, and reporting structures for analytics and external reporting.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Support self-service analytics with reusable data assets and reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance the analytics platform.
