Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to help shape a scalable enterprise data platform. You'll work with product managers, data scientists and engineers to transform strategic goals into data products that enhance quality and observability at scale.

You will guide feature development, implement platform-scale services with Python, FastAPI, AKS and Databricks, and mentor junior engineers while advancing best practices and CI/CD pipelines across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with ownership of production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and building APIs using FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills with experience on structured data.
• Experience with Azure cloud services (AKS, Function Apps, Service Bus).
• Experience with Databricks and PySpark for data-intensive apps.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design and event-driven architecture.
• Version control experience (Git, SVN) and automated testing (Pytest/U nittest).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and RESTful design.
• Familiarity with front-end basics (Angular, React, TypeScript) preferred.
