Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Lake Engineer, Lead, to design and implement data architecture solutions for DoW data-driven projects. You will guide a team in building data-driven solutions, collaborating with analysts and engineers to optimize data flows.

Responsibilities include leading ETL pipelines, Delta Lake optimization, and cloud-based components while ensuring security and governance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Databricks platform administration, including workspace configuration, Unity Catalog, cluster performance tuning, and cloud integration.
• ETL data pipeline development, Delta Lake optimization, and AI/ML workflow integration.
• SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and governance.
• Cloud security, RBAC, and compliance with DoD data policies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree in relevant field and 2+ years of enterprise data architecture experience, or 11+ years of experience in lieu of degree.

• Define, develop, and test cloud solution components and establish best practices.
