Job summary

Aker Systems seeks a Lead Data Engineer to design, build and evolve secure, scalable data platforms for clients in the UK Public Sector and Utilities. You will work with architects, engineers and client stakeholders on modern cloud-based data solutions for operational, analytical and AI-driven use cases.

Lead multi-project delivery, drive best practices, and mentor delivery teams while ensuring secure, reliable data platforms. Strong streaming tech experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing real-time streaming data platforms.
• Hands-on with Kafka, Kinesis, Flink, Spark Streaming or Pulsar.
• Proven up-level data pipelines with batch/streaming patterns.

Responsibilities
