Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical industries.
• 4+ years experience with data analytics and complaint data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Power BI dashboards to improve complaint management.
• Lead trending process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support complaint management.
