Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Senior L3 Data Engineer Lead to oversee enterprise-scale data engineering initiatives, ensure platform reliability, and drive operational excellence across delivery pods.

The role coordinates onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, leveraging Databricks, Spark, and Airflow to design scalable data platforms and robust CI/CD processes in a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data engineering programs.
• Experience with production support, platform reliability, and SLA adherence.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes.
• Preferred exposure to Asset Management, Investment Management, Capital Markets, or portfolio/market data environments.
