OneOncology seeks a Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and operate data pipelines powering analytics, AI/ML, and business ops. You will lead a small team, contribute code, and balance performance, cost, and observability on the Databricks platform.

The role requires hands-on coding, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with modern data warehouses in a cloud environment. Remote work options are available in the US.

Formación

• 7+ years hands-on experience in data engineering or the Big Data domain.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers in a technical lead or senior engineer role.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Fabric.
• Solid experience building scalable data solutions on a leading cloud platform (Azure preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or another OO Language).
• Preferred: Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
• Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance requirements in data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines feeding data warehouse and data lake.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to a team of data engineers.
