Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience with design, testing, and operational ownership of software systems.
Strong Python and AWS engineering experience, including IAM, VPC, KMS, CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

Develop secure, high-quality production code; review and debug code authored by others.
Lead AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes.
Establish consistent validation standards across the team, including secure coding, peer review, and automated testing.
Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to support awareness and adoption of new technologies.
