Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering and Big Data development experience.
• Hands-on cloud data platforms on Azure or AWS, including Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse, Glue, or EMR.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, including PySpark/Spark for distributed processing at scale.
• Strong data modeling and architecture skills, with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing and building API services and integrating data platforms with downstream applications.

Join Manpower Engineering in Westmont, IL (onsite) as a Lead Data Engineer supporting the Leasing Data Engineering group. This role focuses on modernizing data architecture and building AI-ready data solutions for leasing transaction and related datasets. You will design and deliver a governed data foundation, develop reliable pipelines, and expose data through APIs for enterprise and downstream consumers.

Compensation: $70 to $75 per hour. Experience: 7+ years in data engineering and Big Data development.
