The Lead Data Engineer on the Member and Provider Analytics (MPA) team will be a talented associate who will build relationships within MPA and with our customers to understand business needs and expectations. The candidate will
deliver reliable and timely solutions for ingesting and transforming large quantities of data from disparate sources in an optimized and scalable manner for prioritized business requests utilizing cloud native platforms and software development best practices and patterns. Develops software tools that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big-data techniques to cleanse, organize, and transform data into insights and actions that enables Humana to better serve our members. The needs of our business segment change frequently, so the ideal candidate will leverage subject matter experts and other resources, clearly communicate across technical and business teams, and resolves ambiguity to solve business problems with curiosity. A successful candidate will be able to clearly explain the details of the work to both customers and the team. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$129,300 - $177,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
