Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or analytical field with 9+ years experience; or 7+ years with graduate degree; or 13+ years without degree.
• 5+ years in data management, data quality, or data governance.
• Experience leading data cleansing/migration for large-scale enterprise rollouts (PLM/ERP/MDM).
• Experience developing or governing technical processes in regulated engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish cleansing strategy, scope, and compliance for legacy data migration into PLM.
• Define and enforce data profiling rules, quality standards, naming conventions, and attribution criteria.
• Lead data profiling and cleansing to remediate anomalies, missing metadata, duplicates, and obsolete records.
• Coordinate cross-functional remediation and manage resources to ensure timely cleansing work.
• Oversee mock data migrations and provide dashboards and KPI tracking for readiness.
