Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in structured cabling or data center infrastructure roles.
• 1+ years of experience leading crews or as a team lead.
• Strong working knowledge of structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and cable maps.

Responsibilities

• Direct tasks of a team performing installations and terminations.
• Ensure work meets site standards and safety guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Track daily work progress and report to site leadership.
