Qualifications

• Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as a General Contractor.
• Experience managing budgets of $100M+.
• 5–10 years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Licensed journeyman electrician is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave data center projects from estimates to closeout.
• Coordinate procurement, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Oversee on-site supervision and safety compliance per OSHA.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage change orders and project documentation.
