A leading technology infrastructure company based in Austin, Texas, is seeking an experienced Architect. This role involves owning the architectural workstream across a multi-site development portfolio. Candidates should have a strong background in data center design, possess architectural licensure or be close to achieving it, and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. The position requires leadership in building design standards, managing external consultants, and ensuring compliance with construction codes. A competitive compensation range of $200K - $250K is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of architectural experience with 3+ years in data center or mission critical facility design.
• Licensed Architect or active pursuit with expected licensure within 12 months.
• Experience managing external architects and consultants as an owner's representative.

Responsabilités

• Own the architectural workstream across multi-site development.
• Develop and maintain architectural basis of design and prototype drawing packages.
• Manage external architects and engineers from schematic through IFC.
