Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Commissioning Engineer Lead in Manufacturing Process Quality to drive quality excellence and lead a team across modular data center commissioning from factory testing to site deployment. You will oversee integration of electrical, mechanical, and IT systems, ensure safety and quality, and deliver thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering, 3+ years in commissioning, and experience with BMS/EPMS or monitoring systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in commissioning, preferably in data centers or critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of modular construction and prefabricated systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure readiness.
• Perform FAT and SAT testing and document results.
• Maintain detailed commissioning records and prepare handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
