Job summary

SB Energy is looking for a Data Center Lead Building Engineer in Burlington, Texas. This position ensures all critical systems operate efficiently to maintain 100% uptime. You will lead a team of engineers, coordinating maintenance and implementing operating procedures in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in data center engineering and proven leadership experience. The position comes with a salary range of $160,000-$190,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including 100% company-paid health insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center engineering or critical environment operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and vendors.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily engineering and facility operations for building systems.
• Execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent system failures.
