Job summary

LiveRamp in New York, NY, is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to lead a 4–6 person team delivering client analytics powered by LiveRamp's Clean Room. The role blends people leadership with direct, hands-on data work on high-visibility engagements.

You will partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, shaping measurement roadmaps, and ensuring rigorous, interpretable results for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics or data science, including 2+ years leading analysts
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another quantitative field
• Deep expertise in advertising measurement and attribution; AdTech experience required
• Able to build analyses in SQL, Python, Excel and review methodologies
• Track record of data-driven dashboards and presentations for diverse audiences
• Experience in client-facing environments and handling escalations
• Comfort with AI solutions and applying them to measurement workflows
• Willingness to learn and mentor a team

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of data analysts and senior analysts
• Own delivery across the team's portfolio and ensure high-quality client-ready work
• Stay hands-on with complex analyses and review methodology
• Build scalable analytics templates and reusable libraries for multiple use cases
• Set standards for analytical rigor, documentation, and reproducibility
• Serve as senior point of contact for customer stakeholders and translate findings into product direction
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on measurement roadmap and new offerings
• Drive adoption of AI across workflows to expand product capability
