Job summary

Capital One is seeking a data-driven Manager, Data Analysis to join our Data Strategy team in a hybrid role. You will build models, analyze large datasets, and help manage PULSE transaction risk and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings strong programming skills in Python or R, experience with SQL and Spark, and leadership experience. You will collaborate across units and guide analytics projects from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics, or Master’s Degree plus at least 4 years of experience performing data analytics.
• At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
• At least 4 years of experience performing programming
