Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in strategic program management, portfolio management, business operations, PMO leadership or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional enterprise programs or portfolios.
• Experience creating executive communications, strategic narratives, business reviews and leadership presentations.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, portfolio reporting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution discipline, operational clarity and strategic alignment across Data, Analytics, and AI services.
• Translate business strategy into operating plans, priorities and milestones.
• Lead portfolio prioritization, dependency management, and resource alignment across complex workstreams.
• Design governance structures, operating cadences, and decision forums.
• Create executive-ready narratives, dashboards, QBR content and leadership communications.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, financial and portfolio reporting to show value realization.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure accountability.
• Prepare structured inputs and insights to accelerate timely decisions.
