Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to drive the data strategy for risk as a product. You will define metrics, data products, and analytical frameworks, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Risk leadership to align data investments with the roadmap.

You will own the definition, reliability, and visibility of risk metrics, build scalable pipelines, and evolve Stripe's risk experimentation strategy while mentoring junior and senior analysts to raise analytical standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related roles.
• Experience defining data strategy across multiple teams.
• Experience designing experimentation frameworks for complex systems.
• Deep SQL expertise; proficiency in Python.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses and communicate to executives.
• Experience building scalable data products and dashboards.
