Job Description:

Pay Range: $59.20hr - $64.20hr

Essential Functions:

1. 25% Engages in data exploration using various programming languages (reading and writing code), requiring advanced knowledge of multiple database structures.
2. 15% Collect, analyze, and interpret data to glean insights, and develop business appropriate recommendations.
3. 15% Serve as an expert resource supporting data questions and issues from stakeholders and driving to resolution.
4. 15% Research and analyze data flow across complex data ecosystems including operational and analytical data platforms.
5. 10% Manage the collection of business and technical requirements from stakeholders to deliver data driven solutions.
6. Produces and reviews technical documentation that is consistent with professional standards.
7. 10% Lead in the design, development, validation and delivery of data to provide insight into business decisions.
8. 10% Act as a mentor to all team members.

Education:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field.

Experience:

1. 8 years experience in a progressively responsible analytical/quantitative role.
2. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Skills:

1. PL/SQL Expert level.
2. Experience - 4 - 6 Years.
3. MS Power BI.
4. SQL.
5. Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Concepts and File Familiarity.
6. Alteryx (preferred).
7. Microsoft Fabric (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in healthcare industry.
2. Hands on experience with Big Data/NoSQL Platforms with experience delivering production projects at scale.
3. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders and leadership roles.
