We believe physicians should spend more time with patients and less time on administrative tasks. Through smarter technology, purpose-built tools, and a team-based model of care, we help doctors do what they do best: care for people.

Altais includes a network of physician-led organizations across California, including Brown & Toland Physicians, Altais Medical Group Riverside, and Family Care Specialists. Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected healthcare system.

About the Role

Are you looking to join a fast-growing, dynamic team?

We’re a collaborative, purpose-driven group that’s passionate about transforming healthcare from the inside out. At Altais, we support one another, adapt quickly, and work with integrity as we build a better experience for physicians and their patients.

The Lead Healthcare Analytics Analyst will oversee complex analytical initiatives, lead analysts, and transform healthcare data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, quality outcomes, and total cost of care. This individual combines deep healthcare analytics expertise with leadership, business acumen, and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex organizational challenges.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions that provide actionable insights across the organization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational, financial, provider, and quality performance.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise recommendations for business leaders and stakeholders.

  • Provide analytical support for provider performance management, network expansion strategies, value-based care programs, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations that improve efficiency, provider engagement, member outcomes, and total cost of care.
Data Governance & Process Improvement
  • Promote data integrity, governance standards, and reporting consistency across analytics platforms and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline workflows through innovative analytical approaches.
  • Support enterprise data initiatives and contribute to the development of scalable analytics infrastructure and best practices.

  • Experience working with healthcare data warehouses, Epic/Caboodle, claims systems, and healthcare datasets.
  • Strong understanding of managed care operations, healthcare finance, provider network analytics, claims processing, and utilization management.
