Job summary

KBX Logistics is seeking a Lead Solution Architect (Data & AI) to spearhead the evolution of our Enterprise Data Platform in AWS, integrating AI capabilities to enhance how users interact with enterprise data. The role blends hands-on delivery with strategic architecture leadership across analytics, automation, and governance.

You will design scalable data platform patterns, drive security and cost-effective solutions, and mentor engineers to scale successful patterns across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating, designing, maintaining, or implementing AI/GenAI capabilities within enterprise data environments.
• Experience designing solutions using AWS technologies (Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM).
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM patterns over enterprise data.
• Fundamentals of RBAC, data lineage, DR/HA, modular design, cost optimization.
• Ability to influence architecture and strategy across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Enterprise Data Platform architecture to support analytics, automation, AI, and agent-based use cases.
• Lead hands-on delivery of scalable data platform capabilities and data products.
• Translate opportunities into production-ready architecture balancing scalability and security.
• Build metadata management, semantic models, orchestration, governance services for analytics and AI workloads.
• Act as hands-on architectural lead for AWS-native platform decisions and implementations.
• Modernize data pipelines to reduce redundancy, control cost, and improve observability.
• Codify reusable patterns (Terraform) and mentor engineers to scale patterns across initiatives.
