Job summary

KBX Logistics is seeking a Lead Solution Architect (Data & AI) to guide architecture for the Enterprise Data Platform in AWS and help evolve it into an AI-enabled data platform. This hands-on role requires deep AWS expertise and the ability to design and implement AI capabilities over enterprise data.

The role focuses on modernizing data pipelines, governance, and scalable patterns while shaping long-term AI architecture strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience evaluating/implementing AI/GenAI in enterprise data environments.
• Experience designing solutions with AWS data/analytics services (Glue, S3, Redshift, Lambda).
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM patterns over enterprise data.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the architecture of the Enterprise Data Platform supporting analytics, automation, AI, and agent-based use cases.
• Lead solution architecture and hands-on delivery of scalable data platform capabilities, including self-service access patterns and data products with AI-enabled experiences.
• Translate business/AI opportunities into production-ready patterns balancing scalability, security, and value speed.
• Build platform capabilities like metadata management, semantic models, orchestration, secure access, observability, governance services for analytics and AI workloads.
• Serve as hands-on architectural lead for AWS-native platform architecture and mentor engineers to scale patterns across initiatives.
• Continuously modernize data pipelines to reduce cost, improve reliability, and observability.
