AT&T in Plano, TX is seeking a Lead Data/AI Engineer to architect, design, and deploy scalable data, AI, and Gen AI solutions, including agents on MCP servers and chat systems.

You will translate complex data and AI use cases into robust data models, pipelines, and LLM service architectures, ensuring high data quality, security, and readiness for Red Team testing. Collaborate with leadership to deliver business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with five years of post-baccalaureate experience in AI/data engineering.
• Experience with Python, React, LLMs and secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Data & AI and Gen AI solutions.
• Translate use cases into data models, pipelines, and LLM service architectures.
• Develop secure microservices and APIs; ensure security and Red Team readiness.
• Lead testing and deployment, manage configuration, environments, and compliance.
