Job summary

Boingo is looking for a Field Engineer based in Seattle to manage and enhance Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) networks. You will collaborate with system integrators to optimize performance and ensure compliance with carrier KPIs. The role requires hands-on experience and customer focus.

The salary range for this position is $95,550 to $119,700, complemented by a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and reimbursements for tuition and gym.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DAS or Cellular Field Engineer.
• Familiar with DAS OEMs and their performance benchmarks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and RF schematics.
• Proficiency in updating reports and trouble tickets.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for venues, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Optimize network performance with system integrators.
• Review system integrator reports for compliance.
• Analyze system health data and conduct quality control checks.
• Perform routine health checks and preventative maintenance.
