Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software development with 4+ years in blockchain/dApp development.
• Expertise in Solidity and smart contract frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle).
• Strong frontend skills (React, Vue.js, Angular) and web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js).
• Solid backend and database knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of Ethereum/Polygon and decentralized architectures.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of dApps across networks.
• Architect robust, scalable dApp solutions prioritizing performance and security.
• Write high-quality, documented Solidity contracts.
• Develop frontend interfaces binding to contracts and backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements.
