- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on delivery experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in complex implementation environments.
- Deep functional expertise across Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience owning functional workstreams or defined solution areas within D365 F&O implementations, with accountability for successful delivery outcomes.
- Strong understanding of core financial business processes, including record‑to‑report, procure‑to‑pay, and order‑to‑cash.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, conducting Fit/Gap analysis, and translating business requirements into structured functional designs.
- Experience supporting configuration strategy, testing, and data migration activities throughout multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience working within Microsoft partner or consulting delivery environments and collaborating across cross‑functional project teams.
- Confidence engaging directly with clients, contributing to solution discussions, and guiding stakeholders toward decisions.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, integrations, and Azure‑based services.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications preferred.
- Functional experience with the Project Management & Accounting (PMA) module preferred, but not required.
