Lead D365 Business Central Consultant (Manufacturing Focus)- Up to $145,000 Base USD + Bonus - Remote (No Travel Required)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Lead D365 Business Central Consultant to join a rapidly growing Microsoft partner with a strong pipeline of projects. My client is expanding their Business Central team and need a senior professional who can lead both presales’ demos and implementations while also positioning themselves to step into a future management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementations, particularly for manufacturing-focused clients.
• Deliver and tailor presales demos to prospective clients, articulating BC’s value across various industries.
• Act as a senior team member with the ability to mentor and guide junior consultants.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to drive successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and team development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle BC implementations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how they integrate across BC modules.
• Comfortable working across various modules beyond manufacturing (finance, supply chain, etc.).
• Confident in leading client demos, owning the presales process, and converting opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability or ambition to step into people management and leadership roles.
