Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with a PhD in Computer Science or related area.
• Strong research background and development experience in cybersecurity, networking, hardware or systems problems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of new subject areas.
• Experience in writing winning proposals for R&D opportunities with DoD/IC/government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead or work with a team of research scientists to design, prototype, test, and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions.
• Define research programs and provide direction and vision for the team.
• Interact with customers, pitch ideas, present research results, and develop proposals.
• Provide leadership for executing research programs and delivering prototype solutions.
• Develop software prototypes and learn new skills as needed to address customer needs.
